      2. An inspector answers in chat

        You talk to a real person. They propose a time and a price; you can ask anything first.

      Do I need an account to send a request?

      No. You fill in the request first. We ask you to confirm your phone by SMS only when you press Send request.

      When do I pay?

      After the inspector sends an offer and you accept it in chat. Not before.

      What if I only have a listing link?

      That is enough. You can also type a VIN or something like “Camry 2018”.

      Can I show the report to someone else?

      Yes, every report has a public link and a PDF.
